Sally Ndungu has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sally is currently working as a Product Lead at Sama since July 2022. In this role, they create product strategies, advises top-level management, and manages a team of 5.

Prior to that, Sally worked at Arifu from October 2020 to September 2021 as a Quality Assurance Engineering Manager. Sally introduced ClickUp and implemented it within the tech team, resulting in increased production efficiency. Sally also developed a project matrix tool for project prioritization.

Before Arifu, Sally worked at M-KOPA Solar from 2015 to 2020 in various roles. As a Senior System and Mobile Application Test Analyst, they built and published the company's mobile application and created user journeys for the sales team. Sally also worked as a Lead Mobile Application Test Analyst, where they developed and tested the company's first mobile application that increased sales by 15%. Sally started their career at M-KOPA Solar as a Quality Assurance Officer, where they implemented quality assurance standards and procedures.

Sally also had experience at Systech Limited, where they worked as the Head of Support and Test Analyst from August 2014 to April 2015. Sally chaired test case designing, responded to customer inquiries, and supervised the testing process. Prior to that, they had an internship at Systech Limited in 2013, where they ensured operational efficiency and facilitated troubleshooting and hardware configuration.

Sally Ndungu obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) between 2011 and 2014. In 2020, they pursued a self-study in Automation - Selenium, and in 2022, they obtained a Senior Product Management Certification from Product School in the field of Product Management. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications in software testing and quality assurance from various institutions, including ASTQB - ISTQB in the U.S. - Official Page and LinkedIn.
