Chaitali Baviskar is currently the AVP of Clinical Operations at Salus University. Prior to this, they served as the Deputy Director at Ryan Health from May 2015 to January 2019. In this role, they oversaw the operations of a 32,000 square foot facility with 40,000 annual visits, including clinical departments, medical records, facilities, security, laboratory services, purchasing and radiology. Chaitali was responsible for 140 direct and indirect reports, conducting productivity report analyses, budget monitoring and project management.
During their time at Ryan Health, Chaitali increased Press Ganey patient satisfaction scores over two years from 75% to 93%. Chaitali also charged with leading the center in attaining PCMH Level 3, with the highest value points, 95.62, awarded amongst other sites within the network. Under their leadership, the patient bottleneck was decreased by 44% by implementing a clinical intake process. Additionally, they improved form completion accuracy from 56% to 98% within six weeks and linked correct primary caregivers in eCW, thus decreasing the patient list from 2500 to 200.
Chaitali chaired committee meetings at both the network-wide and site-level, including Practice management, Performance improvement, eCW clinical, Patient centered medical home, Quality improvement, Patient support center, Quality improvement, Residency program and Corporate compliance. Chaitali also participated in labor-management decisions with union leadership and Human Resources and coordinated clinical services with centers’ main hospital and other healthcare organizations
Chaitali Baviskar has a Health Information Technology Graduate Certificate from The George Washington University, a Masters in Health Services Administration from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Florida. Chaitali also has certification from Ryan Health in BLS.
