Alison French is currently the Chief People Officer at Saltgate Group since September 2020. Prior to this role, Alison has worked as a Talent Strategy Consultant at their own company, Ali French Consulting, since January 2020. Alison also has experience as the Chief Talent Officer at Low Carbon from October 2018 to March 2019. With a background in law, Alison has held various roles at companies like Citadel LLC and Goldman Sachs, where Alison specialized in talent strategy, HR, and strategic relationship management. Alison holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Birmingham.
