Rosalie M. Hawley, MBA, currently serves as SVP of Global People Operations at Medius, a role assumed in May 2024. Previously, Rosalie held the position of Head of Global People Operations at WiredScore from January 2023 to April 2024, leading initiatives in Global People Operations and Talent Acquisition. From October 2020 to April 2024, Rosalie was a Principal Consultant at The RH Consulting Group. Additionally, Rosalie served as Director of People + Culture at Daily Harvest from August 2021 to April 2023 and was the Human Resources Director at LiveU for a brief period in 2020, where responsibilities included acting as a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership team. Before these roles, Rosalie built the North American HR function at 1E as Head of Human Resources and coordinated human resources at Pearson North America. Rosalie holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Saint Peter's University and a Bachelor's Degree in English/Political Science from Seton Hall University, along with academic experience at Université Paris-Sorbonne.
