Jason Smith has over a decade of experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Kitchen Manager at Salt Life Food Shack since 2010. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Executive Chef at Cypress Village from May 2019 to September 2021. Jason's educational background includes studies at First Coast Technical College from 1994 to 1996.
