Teresa Koontz currently serves as the Manager of IT, Computer Applications & Technology Workforce Training and as an Instructional Designer at Salt Lake Community College, where a commitment to aligning educational programs with industry needs is emphasized. With extensive experience in learning and development, Teresa operates as a Learning and Development Consultant and Motion Graphic Artist for Learner Advocate since March 2012. Previous roles include Capability Development Advisor at Rio Tinto from November 2007 to March 2012 and CS LMS Supervisor at SkyWest Airlines from April 2001 to 2007. Teresa holds a Master of Science in Instructional Technology & Learning Sciences from Utah State University, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, and an Associate of Science in Business Science from Salt Lake Community College.
