Arba L. Houlden Jr. is an accomplished technology and business executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director of IT Business Partnership & Innovation at Chicago Public Schools and Chief Information Officer for the State of Illinois, Arba has a strong history in business development, project management, and technology implementation. Previous positions include Vice President of Business Development at MAD20, Executive Vice President of Business Development and Technology at AGB Investigative Services, and IT Project Manager at the Chicago Police Department. Arba holds an MBA from Capella University and a BA in Computer Science and Information Systems Management from DePaul University, complemented by a certificate from Kellogg Executive Education.
