Erica Hernandez is an experienced professional in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as a Restaurant Specialist at Salt Creek Grille since February 2022. In addition to this role, Erica is the Business Owner of The Monday Baker, a position held since April 2019. Previous experience includes serving as General Manager at Maggiano's Little Italy from March 2013 to October 2021 and as Restaurant Manager at Benihana from December 2011 to March 2013. Erica holds a degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Administration/Management from Escuela Hotelera de San Juan and has additional education from Universidad del Sagrado Corazón.
