Amanda Rosa has a diverse background in hospitality and property management, with extensive experience in coordinating private dining and events. Currently serving as Private Dining Coordinator at Salt Creek Grille since February 2022, Amanda previously held the position of General Manager at Turning Point Restaurants and Hub City Brewhouse. Additional roles include Assistant General Manager at LA Fitness, Commercial Property Manager at Greater Legacy Properties, Private Events & Catering Manager at Martinsville Taverna, and Private Events Coordinator at Wolfgang's Steakhouse. Amanda's career began at Sterling Properties, where responsibilities included Leasing Manager and Rental/Property Management. Education was completed at the University of Hartford from 1999 to 2002.
