Mosaab Ali possesses extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at Chili's since August 2016, while also holding the role of General Manager at Viking Restaurant since 2019. Additionally, Mosaab has been a Training Manager at ROUTE 66 and a Restaurant Manager at TGI Fridays since July 2013. Mosaab's expertise includes effectively managing operations between front-of-house and back-of-house employees, as well as overseeing restaurant costs and profits. Mosaab holds a degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Ain Shams University, complemented by education from El Nokrashy Secondary School.
