Rebecca Shirazi is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Success for Emerging Global and Enterprise Accounts at Salsify since June 2018. In this role, Rebecca oversees a team of six Senior Customer Success Managers across North America and has previously managed Salsify's most strategic accounts as a Principal Customer Success Manager. Earlier experiences include a tenure at One Door from January 2011 to June 2018, where Rebecca held various roles including Senior Customer Success Manager, focusing on lifecycle management of key enterprise accounts and driving multimillion-dollar projects. Rebecca's educational background includes a Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management from Northeastern University and a BSBA in Business Administration and Marketing from Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School.
