Jenny Cook has a diverse work experience history. Jenny started their career as a Receptionist at Newkirk Salon & Spa in 2006. Jenny then worked as a Communication Intern at Thirty-One Gifts in 2011, where they assisted with marketing campaigns and conducted a comprehensive analysis of interpersonal communication. Jenny also had multiple roles at Denison University, including as a Communication Fellow, Student Worker, and Assistant to Academic Secretary. Jenny supported professors with research, data collection, and general clerical duties. Jenny worked as an Educational Leadership Consultant at Kappa Alpha Theta Headquarters from 2013 to 2015. Jenny then served as a Corporate Communications Associate at Fahlgren Mortine in 2015. In 2015, Jenny also worked as a Sales Lead at Henri Bendel, where they achieved sales goals and built strong customer relations. Jenny briefly worked as a Property Management Administrator at Urban Property Management Corp before joining Sallie Mae in 2016. At Sallie Mae, Jenny held various positions, starting as a Brand Associate and later serving as a Brand Lead. In these roles, they managed internal brand strategy, coordinated scholarship events, and assisted in managing marketing campaigns. Jenny Cook earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication from Denison University in 2013. Jenny then pursued a Master of Arts in Communication with a concentration in Corporate and Non Profit Communications at The Johns Hopkins University from 2015 to 2017.
