Mauricio Villarroel Mondaca is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the automotive rental and leasing industry. Currently serving as Jefe de Negocio at Salfa Rent since June 2017, Mauricio is responsible for implementing commercial and operational strategies across various services, including daily car rentals, operational leasing, machinery rentals, and used vehicle sales. Prior to this role, Mauricio held the position of Senior Executive at Salfa Rent, managing the company's key client portfolio and providing comprehensive fleet operations support. Before joining Salfa Rent, Mauricio worked as a Senior Commercial Consultant at ALD Automotive, advising both national and international clients on vehicle operations and leasing, and as Head of Bids and Special Projects at Europcar, where responsibilities included the establishment of the bidding department and project evaluations. Mauricio holds a Diploma in Financial Analysis and Management from IEDE Business School, an Engineering degree in Business with a focus on Finance from AIEP, and technical training in Business Administration from Colegio Christian Garden School.
