Rowena Westphalen is an accomplished technology and design strategist with extensive experience in customer innovation and transformation, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Innovation, AI & Customer Advisory at Salesforce since April 2015. With a strong background in leading customer transformation initiatives across the Asia Pacific region, Rowena has held multiple leadership roles at Salesforce, including Vice President of Solution Engineering and Managing Director of Customer Innovation & Cloud Specialists. Prior to joining Salesforce, Rowena worked at SAP in various positions, including Senior Director of Design Thinking and Customer Solution Manager. Additionally, Rowena has contributed as a Board Director at the Australian Design Centre. Rowena's educational credentials include a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Certificate in Japanese Language Proficiency from the NSW Institute of Languages.
