Jeron Paul currently serves as Senior Vice President of Product at Salesforce since March 2024. Previously, Jeron Paul was the Founder and CEO of Spiff Inc from October 2018 until its acquisition by Salesforce. Prior to that, Jeron Paul founded and served as CEO of Capshare from March 2014 to October 2018, which was sold to Solium, now part of Morgan Stanley. Jeron Paul also founded Scalar and acted as CEO from August 2010 to March 2014, which was sold in a management buyout. Earlier in Jeron Paul’s career, contributions were made as a Principal at Signal Peak Ventures and as Director of Board Services at Thomson Reuters after having founded and served as CEO of Boardlink. Jeron Paul's consulting experience began at Monitor Group. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics/Philosophy from Brigham Young University.
