Kathleen Crowe Buckley has extensive experience in product development and business management, currently serving as Director of Product Development at Roman, Inc. since May 2019. Previously, Kathleen held the position of VP of New Business Development at Wilton Products from 2004 to 2014, and served as Group Product Manager at The Bradford Group between 1998 and 2004. Earlier in Kathleen's career, notable roles included Senior Design Manager at Crayola from 1989 to 1997.
