Shakib Iqbal has a diverse background in IT support and system administration, currently serving as an IT Service Desk Analyst at Saleh Al Hamad Al Mana Co. since February 2023. Prior to this role, Shakib was a System Administrator at Regency Group Holding from August 2015 to January 2023, and worked as an IT Assistant for Out Of The Blue Restaurant from December 2013 to February 2015. Earlier experience includes a position as a Desktop Support Engineer at Excellent Computer System from May 2010 to October 2012. Shakib holds a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MSCE) certification in Information Technology from Microsoft Education Partner in 2016 and a degree in Hardware and Networking from Anjuman-I-Islams M.H. Saboo Siddik College of Engineering, completed in 2011.
