Loretta Kirker serves as a Senior Financial Analyst at Saint Luke's Health System since January 2020. Previously, Loretta held the position of Sr. Director of Accounting at Smithfield Foods from March 2014 to July 2019, where oversight of corporate accounting functions for Smithfield Packing and Farmland Foods was a key responsibility, leading a team of 59. Prior experience includes Director of Corporate Accounting at Farmland Foods, where tasks involved managing general ledger operations, SOX compliance, and developing a financial team, as well as roles in operations accounting and financial management for Cargill Meat Solutions. Loretta holds an MBA from Rockhurst University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Kansas State University.
