Rachid Bajout currently serves as a Project Manager in the Program Management Office at Saint-Gobain Sekurit, focusing on automotive glazing systems since September 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Plastic Omnium from April 2014 to August 2023, where Rachid held roles as Product Application Engineer and Quality Development Engineer, leading development projects for fuel tank systems for various luxury car brands, coordinating design and validation efforts, and providing technical support for sourcing and sales teams. Earlier roles at Faurecia involved leadership in quality management for automotive interior systems, including projects for Volkswagen and BMW, along with a foundation in quality control and engineering functions at other automotive firms. Rachid holds a Master's degree in Science and Technology, specializing in Quality & Control of Materials from Orleans University Institute of Applied Chemistry.
