Ashley Johnston is a Human Resources Support Specialist at TDB Communications, Inc. since May 2023, responsible for onboarding, applicant screening, employee records management, recruiting, and providing HR support to the Operations team. Previous experience includes serving as a Human Resources Assistant at both the City of Richmond, Virginia, and AdvanSix, where support was provided to the HR departments. Additionally, Ashley held the position of General Manager at U-Haul, managing various operational aspects and employee training. Prior roles include Communications/Program Specialist at BrownGreer PLC and Sales Relationship Manager at Bank of America. Ashley is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services at Liberty University, expected to graduate in December 2023.
