Eric Champlin currently serves as the Manager of Clinical Programs at Blue Cross of Idaho since December 2017, and also works as a Case Manager. In addition, Eric Champlin holds the position of Behavioral Health Case Manager at Metova Federal Services since June 2017. Prior experience includes a role as a Licensed Masters Social Worker at Encompass Home Health & Hospice and a Social Worker at Saint Alphonsus Medical Center, Nampa, both starting in February 2017 and May 2016 respectively. Previous engagement includes a Social Worker position at Kindred Healthcare from September 2014 to April 2015, focusing on a 40-bed Long Term Acute Care facility. Eric Champlin holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Boise State University and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from Azusa Pacific University.
