Teri Fallon has been working at Exceptional Living Centers since 2018 as the Vice President Of Clinical Services. Prior to that, they were employed at Signature Healthcare starting in 2012 as the Director of Clinical Operations.

Teri Fallon completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Chamberlain University, where they attended from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Purdue University Northwest, which they attended from 1992 to 1995.
