Erin Flaherty has held various compensation roles throughout their career. Erin most recently worked at Sage Therapeutics, where they started as a Compensation Consultant in December 2018. Erin then advanced to the role of Associate Director, Compensation in November 2021. Prior to Sage Therapeutics, Erin worked as a Senior Compensation Consultant at Partners Healthcare from June 2016 to February 2017. Erin also gained experience as a Senior Compensation Consultant at Interactive Data, Inc. from September 2011 to May 2016. Before that, Erin served as a Compensation Manager at Sony Music Entertainment from June 2010 to August 2011 and as a Senior Compensation Analyst at JetBlue from July 2007 to June 2010.

Erin Flaherty holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Boston University.
