Kai Qi

Vice President of R&D and Production at ANP Technologies

Kai Qi has worked in various roles across various companies since 2005. At DuPont, they held the roles of Principal Investigator, Senior Research Chemist, Technical Service Consultant, Raw Materials Energy Packaging Analyst, and Research Chemist from 2005 to 2015. Kai then worked as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Johns Hopkins University from 2015 to 2018. Currently, they are Vice President of R&D and Production and Director of Drug R&D at ANP Technologies, Inc.

Kai Qi's education history includes a Ph.D. in Organic/Polymer Chemistry from Washington University in St. Louis (2000-2005), an M.S. in Polymer Chemistry and Physics from the Institute of Chemistry, the Chinese Academy of Sciences (1997-2000), a B.S. in Polymer Science and Engineering from Nanjing University (1993-1997), and a High School degree from Lanzhou No.1 Middle School (1990-1993). In addition, Kai Qi holds a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt from DuPont, obtained in June 2010.
