Carrie Vaudreuil M.D.

Carrie Vaudreuil, MD has a diverse work experience in the field of psychiatry and clinical research. Carrie currently holds the position of Medical Director at Sage Therapeutics since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Massachusetts General Hospital for several years, where they served as the Site Director for the Massachusetts Child Psychiatry Access Project, providing expertise to primary care providers and conducting clinical evaluations. Carrie also worked as a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, specializing in ADHD, Autism, and Mood Disorders, and as a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellow.

Dr. Vaudreuil has been associated with Harvard Medical School since 2015, working as an Instructor and serving as the Principal Investigator for a study focused on using a video game and relaxation techniques to treat anger and aggression in children and adolescents. Carrie also held the position of Dupont Warren Fellow during this time.

Additionally, Dr. Vaudreuil has experience as a Child and Adult Psychiatrist at North End Waterfront Health, where they diagnosed and treated patients and provided consultation to therapists. Carrie also gave lectures on clinical topics in team meetings.

Dr. Vaudreuil completed their Psychiatry Residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. Carrie also has prior experience as a Clinical Research Fellow at the National Institutes of Mental Health, working in the Mood Dysregulation and Neuroscience Division.

Carrie Vaudreuil, MD completed their education at various reputable institutions. Carrie earned their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Duke University School of Medicine from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued their Master's degree in Graduate Studies (Neuroscience) at Wesleyan University from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from Wesleyan University, which they completed from 2001 to 2005.

In terms of certifications, Dr. Vaudreuil became Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in 2015, although details regarding the institution or month of obtaining the certification are not provided.
