Jordan Bischoff has extensive experience in customer success and client management across multiple organizations. Currently at SAGA Wisdom since June 2023, Jordan focuses on enhancing professional development in the energy sector through high-quality online learning. As the Founder of ARI Appraisal since 2019, Jordan simplified asset protection for specialty vehicle owners through efficient appraisal services. Previously, Jordan held the position of Director of Client Success at headversity in 2022, where responsibilities included introducing metrics and revising contracts to improve client retention. At ComplyWorks Ltd., from 2010 to 2022, Jordan advanced through various roles, culminating as Director of Client Management, overseeing a large team and driving customer success initiatives. Academic qualifications include a Supply Chain Management designation from Supply Chain Canada, a Bachelor of Management focused on Social Responsibility from The University of Lethbridge, and a Business Administration Diploma in Marketing from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
