Jan Michael has a diverse work experience, starting as an IT Developer at WEEKEND Inc. from December 2014 to June 2015. Jan then worked as a Technical Project Officer at Kompas.com from July 2015 to June 2016. After that, they joined SAGA Digital Studio as a Project Manager in July 2016. Currently, they are employed as a Product Evangelist at AiChat Pte Ltd since August 2018.

Jan Michael completed their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from BINUS University from 2011 to 2015. Jan then pursued their Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Binus Business School, where they studied from 2016 to 2018.
