William earned a BA in English Language, Literature, and Culture from Beijing International Studies University, followed by an MA in Translation and Localization Management and a Business Certificate from the Monterey Institute of International Studies. Originally from Shanghai, China, he has worked as a project manager, translator, interpreter, quality assurance manager, English teacher, and media assistant at government agencies and translation companies in China and the United States.
