Dawn S. is an experienced education professional currently serving as a Wilson Reading trained specialist at Wilson Reading since July 2021 and as a Special Education Specialist and general education teacher at Sag Harbor UFSD since September 2020, where responsibilities include administering NYS Alternate Assessments. Additionally, Dawn Stumpo has been an Orton Gillingham trained tutor and has provided educational consulting services through DaVinci Education and Research, specializing in Wilson Reading. Previous roles include serving as an Educational Consultant at CMDI, focusing on students with Down syndrome and Autism, and working in various educational capacities at Eastport South Manor CSD, including as a general education and special education teacher. Dawn S. holds a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Long Island University.
