Majed Albana, MBA, CMA, CIS, CCM, CPT, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in risk management and credit operations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Retail and Small Enterprises Credit Department at Safwa Islamic Bank since May 2017, Majed utilizes discretionary decision-making authority to approve deviations from product policies and assist branches with credit applications. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Credit Initiation at Jordan Dubai Islamic Bank and Internal Auditor at Industrial Development Bank, among others. Majed holds multiple certifications and degrees, including a Master’s in Accounting and Finance from Hashemite University and a Bachelor’s in Accounting with a minor in Banking and Finance from Yarmouk University.
