Billy Ding is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in enterprise customer onboarding and software development. Currently serving as the Head of Delivery at NAB since July 2019, Billy has overseen key projects focused on individual onboarding and non-individual onboarding, managing significant annual budgets of $40 million. Prior roles include Engineering Manager and Tech Lead, where Billy successfully led cross-functional teams on cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives. Previous experience includes a tenure at Performio as Tech Lead, and as a Senior Full Stack Developer at Urbanise, where Billy contributed to building the world's first cloud-based Building Service Delivery platform. With a solid educational foundation in Electronic Engineering and Mathematics from Southeast University, Billy has demonstrated a strong proficiency in Java, AWS, and SaaS, fostering high-performing teams and innovative solutions throughout a diverse career.
