Ulf Berglund has extensive experience in cultural management and marketing within various organizations in Sweden. Currently serving as Förvaltningschef kultur at Säffle kommun since March 2023, Ulf oversees diverse cultural initiatives, including schools and community activities. Previous roles include Verksamhetschef kultur at Ale kommun, where Ulf managed significant cultural operations post-reorganization, and Marketing Manager at several cultural institutions, including Smålands Musik och Teater, Folkteatern Göteborg, and Vara Konserthus. Ulf’s educational background includes a Master in Communication from IHM Business School, a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Gothenburg, and a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art Graphics from Hovedskous Målarskola.
