Christopher Hanley is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investment management and operations. Currently serving as a Founding Partner at HRW Partners since December 2023, Christopher focuses on creating value through strategic acquisitions of sub-institutional assets. Prior to this, Christopher co-founded Alliance Real Estate, where roles included Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer from January 2015 to February 2023, emphasizing capital deployment for family offices and institutional investors. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Victory Real Estate Investments and Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, along with foundational work at Wachovia Securities and Legg Mason. Christopher holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BBA in Finance from William & Mary. Christopher also contributes to the educational sector as a Board Member at DeMatha Catholic High School.
