Jack Wong has extensive experience in systems operations and mathematics instruction. Currently serving as Systems Operations Manager at SafePoint Insurance Company since June 2021, Jack has held various roles within the company including Systems Operations Supervisor and Duck Creek Lead Systems Analyst. Prior to this, Jack worked as a DevOps Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services and as a Mathematics Instructor at Kent State University. Early career experiences include positions as a Mathematics Tutor at Mathnasium and a Laboratory Technician at Corning Incorporated, along with serving as a Physics Teaching Assistant at Rochester Institute of Technology. Jack Wong holds a Master of Arts in Applied Mathematics from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Rochester Institute of Technology.
