Chris Mattern has over 20 years of experience in the business analysis and client service fields. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Andesa Services, Inc. since June 2004, Chris has also held roles as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Client Service Representative within the same company. Prior to this, Chris worked at Receivable Management Services (RMS) from 1997 to 2003, where the position held was Supervisor. Chris's educational background includes studies at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and Lehigh Carbon Community College, both completed between 1994 and 1997.
