Vadim Gritz has a long work experience in various fields. Vadim started their career in 2009 as a Russian-speaking Community Organizer at Central California Conference of SDA. In 2013, they worked as a Sales Rep/Insurance/Health/Life at Modern Woodmen of America. In 2016, they became a Clinical Pastoral/Resident Chaplain at UC Davis Medical Center. In 2017, they took the role of Head Of Investor Relations at ICOyard. Finally, in 2019, they became Co-Founder and Head of IR at Safe-Investing.

Vadim Gritz received a Master's degree in Arts from Andrews University between 1997 and 2001. From 2016 to 2017, they completed a Clinical Chaplaincy program at UC Davis Medical Center, which included courses in CPE/Phsycology/Chaplaincy.
