Matt McKendrick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development, operations, and engineering within the law enforcement, military, and fitness industries. Currently serving as the Director of R&D at Safariland since October 2015, Matt previously held the positions of Chief Operating Officer, Director of R&D, and Part-Owner at Rogers Holster Company from November 2014 to September 2015, and Chief Operating Officer at Prezine, LLC from September 2005 to November 2014, where responsibilities included directing production, scheduling, and logistics, as well as product design and development. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Engineer focused on product design and mold tooling at Prezine, LLC, and as a Project Engineer and Compliance Engineer at Freemotion Fitness, ensuring product safety and regulatory compliance across various standards. Matt McKendrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology from Utah State University.
