Lisa Rice is an experienced workforce development professional with a strong background in leadership and consulting. Currently serving as CEO of Every Strength Counts since November 2017, Lisa specializes in Strategic DoingTM, team building, and enhancing workplace productivity through coaching. Previous roles include Executive Director at Pikes Peak Workforce Center, where responsibilities encompassed organizational leadership, operations, and community relations, and Executive Vice President at Dynamic Workforce Solutions, overseeing national workforce service contracts. As President of CareerSource Brevard from 2001 to 2016, Lisa provided executive leadership and managed various aspects of workforce investment. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Executive Leadership in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida, and a Bachelor’s in HR and Marketing from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
