Elisa Cattaneo currently serves as the Chief People Officer at SACCO SYSTEM, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this, Elisa was the Global Human Resources Director at Alessi from February 2022 to December 2022. Elisa's extensive experience in human resources includes roles such as HR Director Italy and HR Business Partner at Ideal Standard International NV from May 2007 to January 2022, where responsibilities encompassed leading employee experience, organizational design, and talent management initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as Training Expert at Assoservizi, managing training projects for associated firms, and an internship at Assolombarda. Elisa holds an Executive MBA from Bologna Business School and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, along with a degree in Lettere Moderne from the same institution.
