Fariha Mir is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR management. Currently serving as a Human Resource Specialist at Wilshire Labs since April 2024, Fariha previously held the position of Human Resources Executive at Riphah International University from December 2019 to April 2024 and worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Master Group of Industries from January 2017 to November 2018. Fariha's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused on Marketing, Management, and HRM, obtained from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, in 2018, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM from the same institution, completed in 2016. The foundational education includes matriculation from Sacred Heart Cathedral High School in 2010.
