VP Quality And Continuous Improvement at Sabrosura Foods

Kathy Carlson has over two decades of work experience in various roles related to quality, continuous improvement, and learning and development. Kathy is currently working as the VP of Quality and Continuous Improvement at Sabrosura Foods since November 2023. Prior to that, they co-founded and worked as a consultant at The Healthy Organization, where they focused on employee engagement, learning solutions, organization development, and more. Kathy also held the position of VP of Quality & Continuous Improvement at Bellisio Foods from May 2016 to June 2018, where they led regulatory compliance, process standardization, and product quality advancement. Kathy has also worked at General Mills in multiple positions, including Director of Learning and Development and Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement Education and Training. Kathy has a proven track record of successfully implementing training programs, driving culture change, and improving operational efficiency.

Kathy Carlson holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota, which was completed in 2012. Kathy also has a Master's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. In addition to their formal education, Kathy has obtained various certifications, including SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in June 2021 and Clifton Strengths Finder from Gallup in October 2018. Kathy has additional certifications in Bridging the Generations, FIRO-B, Hogan Assessment, MBTI, and PCQI.
