Damian Kelly has a diverse and extensive work experience. Damian is currently the SVP of Product Management at Sabio since May 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director at 511North, where they provided guidance on product development, lead generation, sales acceleration, and customer engagement for startup and scaling companies. Damian also worked as a Strategic Advisor at ValidSoft starting from December 2019. Damian served as an Advisor at eequ from October 2018.

From 2015 to 2019, Damian held the position of VP Offer Management at Genesys, where they played a key role in the company's product management. Damian was the Founder and VP Product at SpeechStorm from February 2010 to December 2015, where they revolutionized self-service and IVR technology. SpeechStorm was later acquired by Genesys.

Before that, Damian worked for Kainos for over a decade. Damian served as the Director of Consulting and Principal Consultant, leading business consulting teams in Dublin and London. Damian transformed Kainos into a successful systems integrator from a captive software development shop for ICL.

Damian started their career as a Consultant, Project Manager, and Programme Manager at ICL Ireland from May 1995 to December 1997. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Analyst at Claris, a subsidiary of Apple, where they gained experience in customer marketing databases. Damian also worked as a Consultant at KPMG Management Consulting, where they gained ten years' worth of strategy and technology experience in just three years.

Damian Kelly completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in the field of Commerce and Accounting at University College Dublin from 1987 to 1990. Damian then pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Management Science degree in the fields of Management Science, Computer Science, and Mathematics from 1990 to 1991.
