Thimpika Sachdej is a skilled medical writer with a strong background in nutrition and public health. Currently employed at Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness since July 2022, Thimpika previously worked at Bastion Brands and the Nutrition Society of Australia in medical writing and communications roles. Experience includes positions as a Public Health Nutritionist and Content Creator at Eat for Life, where responsibilities encompassed nutrition education and social marketing campaigns. Thimpika has also created evidence-based health content for Bupa and provided nutrition advice while coordinating health initiatives at The Little Hen Organics.
