James M (Chip) Parnell is an accomplished professional in the waste management and recycling industry with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Commercial Manager at SA Recycling since August 2021, Chip previously held the same title at Southern Recycling from February 2014 to February 2022. Chip also owned and operated a small solid waste and recycling company from February 2003 until its sale in December 2013. Prior to this, significant responsibilities were undertaken at Waste Management as Division Manager (2000-2002) and at USA Waste, initially as District Manager (1997-2000) and later as Operations Manager. Chip began the career at BFI as Residential Operations Manager (1982-1993). Education culminated in a High School Diploma from Goodlettsville High, attained between 1976 and 1981.
