Jeff Radcliffe, PhD has over 30 years of experience in project management and IT optimization. Jeff has served in leadership roles in various organizations, including S2 Analytical Solutions, KaylaTek® and Catapult Technology. Jeff has also worked as an adjunct faculty member at George Mason University and Fairfax University of America, where they developed and taught courses on project management and risk mitigation. Jeff has also worked as a Project Management SME at Western Governors University. Jeff is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the US Army and has worked as a SENTINEL O&M Manager and Program Manager at Lockheed Martin IS&GS. Currently, they serve as a Senior Operations Manager at S2 Analytical Solutions, where they support initiatives leading to initial certifications for ISO 20000, ISO 27000, and company-first appraisals in CMMI-SVC 2.0, and CMMI-DEV 2.0.
Jeff Radcliffe, PhD received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Texas A&M University. Later, they earned a Master of Science degree in E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce and a Master of Science degree in Technology Management with Project Management Focus from the University of Maryland Global Campus. In 2014, Jeff began their doctoral studies and completed their PhD degree in Information Technology at Capella University in 2017. Additionally, they hold a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in October 2006. Jeff also obtained an ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2017.
