Lindsay Ross is an accomplished Events and Experiences Manager with extensive experience in the heritage and tourism sectors. Currently employed at The Royal Zoological Society of Scotland since October 2019, Lindsay has progressed through various roles including Senior Events and Experiences Coordinator and Lanterns Coordinator. Prior experience includes managing a boutique hotel at Simpson Travel, coordinating events at Drum Castle and the National Trust for Scotland, and serving as a keyholder at Jo Malone London and Molton Brown. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Heritage and Cultural Tourism Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Aberdeen. Additionally, Lindsay has experience in tourism management within the Greek Islands.
