Daniel Pemberton has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Daniel started their career in 2006 as a Receptionist at Britannia Hotels Ltd and later became a Conference & Banqueting Coordinator. In 2011, they joined Principal Hayley Hotels and Conference Venues as a Conference & Events Coordinator and eventually became a Senior Conference & Events Coordinator.
In 2014, Daniel joined PPHE Hotel Group as a Meeting & Events Planning Manager, where they played a crucial role in planning and delivering large-scale conferences, exhibitions, and banqueting events. Daniel was later promoted to Senior Meeting & Events Planning Manager and has recently taken up the position of Director of Meeting & Events Planning.
In addition to their roles, Daniel has been involved in various training and development initiatives, including being a Health & Safety representative, Department Coach, and Mental Health First Aider. Daniel has also achieved a Hospitality Supervisor Level 3 apprenticeship with distinction and holds a First Aid qualification.
During 2020, they briefly worked as a Support Line Volunteer at Stress Matters.
Daniel Pemberton attended Holy Trinity School Crawley from 1999 to 2006. Daniel does not hold any specific degree or field of study from this school. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a CPCAB Level 3 Counselling Studies certification from Morley College London in 2022, and a CPCAB Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills from the same institution in 2021. Daniel also received various other certifications, such as Safeguarding Adults Level 1 from Richmond and Wandsworth Councils in 2021, and a Hospitality Supervisor (Events Supervisor) Level 3 - Distinction from Umbrella Training Ltd in 2019. Additionally, they obtained a QA Level 3 Award in Mental Health in the workplace (RQF) in January 2020.
