Pete Pritchard is an experienced Technical Support Specialist currently employed at Ryzen Solutions since February 2020, with a prior tenure at Otis College of Art and Design from January 2013 to October 2019. At Otis College, responsibilities included configuration of system deployment images, phone and desk-side support, as well as management of Active Directory and Exchange. Previous experience includes a role as Helpdesk Support Technician at ASICS America, where Pete provided technical support for end-user systems and managed server installations, and a position as Computer Technician at CompUSA, focusing on virus removal and repair of computer systems. Pete holds a Certificate in Computer Information Systems from Orange Coast College and a diploma from Benjamin Franklin High School.
