Geraint Jones has extensive experience in security and management, with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Mission Security Officer and Regional Overseas Security Manager at On Assignment since November 1974, Geraint has developed an eclectic skill set in these roles. Previous experience includes consultancy as a Mission Security Officer for the EU from August 2011 to January 2015, and serving as a General Fac Totum in a freelance capacity from January 1994 to August 2011. Geraint's early career included a tenure as a Police Detective with the British South Africa Police from 1974 to 1980. Educational qualifications encompass a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of the Witwatersrand, and two advanced degrees in Strategic Studies and Research Training from Aberystwyth University and the University of the Witwatersrand.
