Massimo Bosso serves as the Vice President of Real Estate Development at Ryan Companies US, Inc., with over 20 years of diverse experience in real estate and engineering. In the current role, Massimo oversees site selection, acquisitions, due diligence, and construction coordination in the Southeast Region. Previous positions include Deputy Village Administrator and Public Works Director for the Village of Elwood, where Massimo managed multiple departments and personnel, and Director of Engineering for the City of Palm Beach Gardens, responsible for project compliance and engineering oversight. Additional experience encompasses leadership roles at Creech Engineers and Forte Macaulay Development Company, along with an engineering position at the St. Johns River Water Management District. Massimo holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
